Nancy Zelno-- CEO
Nancy Zelno, founder and CEO of Dynamic Administrators, L.L.C., has a long history of creating winning results for dental and medical teams. In fact, she has held every position in a dental practice, aside from provider, which enabled her to attain a comprehensive understanding of the entire dental practice.
After 15 years in the dental field and eleven years in corporate companies such as Reader's Digest and IBM, Nancy utilized her extensive experience to master success for numerous dental and medical practices by helping them to organize their practice for success, stressing the need to work smarter and not harder. Since 2001, when she founded Dynamic Administrators, Nancy's unique approach to dental practice development has helped her clients to create effortless and fulfilling lives and to grow their practices, using a "team first" approach that she has mastered.
Most recently, Nancy has been awarded into the Manchester Who's Who Registry as a Platinum member in the "Honors Edition" for executives and professionals, providing a vast networking platform of more than 200,000 highly accomplished professional worldwide.

Heather’s 20-year career in the dental field has been exciting and expansive in multiple dental capacities. She graduated in 1998 from William-Rainey Harper College with a Degree in Dental Hygiene and immediately secured a full-time RDH position. From the start her clinical experience was very fulfilling. She was able to earn trust, utilize tools effectively to support diagnosis, gain a high amount of case acceptance, and positive clinical outcomes. This was very rewarding for her and decided that helping practices achieve these clinical and oral health successes was where she wanted to be. The personal decision was made to further her education and went on to receive a BS in Healthcare Leadership and then later attended graduate school at the University of St. Francis in Joliet and earned a Master’s Of Science in Management degree.
She has held positions in the Public Health sector, clinical coaching, educational speaking, Dental Hygiene, patient retention/reactivation coaching, field sales consulting, and HIPAA and OSHA/Infection Control training.
Together with the team of Dynamic Administrators your office with develop a clinical coaching plan that is personalized to your needs. Most times this coincides with your practice management and/or HR coaching needs and all are developed to assist the goals in each area.
Currently Heather resides in Tolland, CT with her husband and two active boys. Hobbies include spin cycling, yoga, and is an avid reader.
Dynamic Administrators, LLC is excited to have on our team, Rudy Hubina, as our Director of New Client Development. Rudy comes to Dynamic Administrators LLC from our Tampa, Clearwater Florida branch. He is a professional in the area of implementation and accountability. With his experience in many facets of business, Rudy works well with helping new clients get moving and excited about working their way to success. Rudy makes him self available to help each of his clients and will be responsible for the Eastern section of the United States. Lillian Brown--Client Development Management Coach
Lillian Brown lives in New Britain Connecticut. She studied Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, Business, Dental Insurance Coding and Chairside Assisting. Her twenty years of Practice Administrator experience has led her to work in a fast upscale environment.
Her expertise with Dynamic Administrators lies the in the Management and Systems of practices.
Lillian coaches the practices that need a push with their systems and becoming Patient Centered and remove the part that makes a practice Patient Controlled.
Lillian is passionate about her career and grateful for an amazing family that has supported her throughout the years.
