Nancy DePaola, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Administrators, has a proven track record for creating results for dental and medical practices.
With more than twelve years experience in the dental field, Ms. DePaola uses her extensive expertise to identify opportunities for improvement in each individual business. Prior to starting her own business, Ms. DePaola worked for some of the most prestigious firms including Reader’s Digest and IBM.
Ms. DePaola is the founder and director for both the American Association of Dental Managers (AADM) and the American Academy of Medical Managers (AAMM). Both associations were created exclusively for office managers and provide an empowering, informative, and fun forum for the leaders of dental and medical offices to learn new skills.
As an expert in the field, Ms. DePaola has also developed a CD program entitled, “Take Control of Your Dental Practice…and control Your Destiny.” In addition to speaking engagements for industry-specific conferences, Ms. DePaola is currently working on publishing articles focused on the dental field and improving business offices.

Karan Amedeo, Operations Manager

Karan Amedeo, Operations Manager for Dynamic Administrators, LLC, has been working as an Administrator for the last 17 years. She has worked in the Corporate field as well as the medical field holding the positions of Sales Administrator and Medical Secretary and Technician. She has exceptional skills in organization, managing, scheduling and maintaining information for company’s and their team members. She enjoys her work and is always looking for a challenge.
Karan enjoys her family outside of work, which consists of two boys and her husband. Their activities involve sporting events and travel.

Lana Montalbano, Coach

Lana Montalbano grew up on the West Coast of California with her parents and two sisters. After graduating high school, she attended college where she studied Business Administration. She used her education working in the Chiropractic business and for 12 years she helped new Chiropractor’s start their business.
She decided to further her education, knowing she wanted to remain in the health industry, and chose to attend the first dental hygiene school in the world here in Connecticut. She has a B.S. in dental hygiene and a M.S. in education. She started working in the dental field in the towns of West Haven, Southport, and Stamford, Connecticut. She has worked with various software and has been able to attend on-the-job management training.
She enjoys people and the outdoors and has a desire to continue to learn new things. She currently resides in Branford, Connecticut.

Christine Taxin, Coach

Christine Taxin has 30 years as a practice management professional.
Ms. Taxin's varied experiences include specialization in
administrative systems, internal marketing, staff training, vision
coaching, financial planning, communication, medical and dental
insurance coding. Christine brings a love for dentistry and a passion
for sharing to her work through in-office doctor and team coaching
programs as a consultant and trainer. Christine's many roles as front
desk, administrator, wife, coach and trainer make her unique
experiences a valuable asset to the dentistry as whole. She is a
memeber of the Dental Management Association.

Karen A. Ferguson, Coach

Karen A. Ferguson brings a wealth of management, customer service, entrepreneurship and business experience to Dynamic Administrators. She is a long-time resident of Bergen County, New Jersey and graduate of Iona College (B.B.A. Marketing), has spent the past seven years in the dental field as an Office Manager and Practice Administrator for two large multi-specialty practices in the Bergen County.
She has been involved in every aspect of managing a dental practice including daily office procedures, scheduling of staff, handling insurance claims, hiring and training staff and all front desk responsibilities. She has worked with several dental and accounting software programs.
Prior to the dental field, Ms. Ferguson was employed in the travel field coordinating travel plans for corporate travelers and managing an Arizona based account. She also spent 15 years as President/Owner of Corporate Wheels, a successful, mid-size transportation company where she was responsible for the daily operations of the company and its 30 staff members.
Ms. Ferguson is a hands on manager and a team player who cares about and understands her clients needs and wants. She will strive to make each practice more profitable and efficient.
